In addition to the telephone counselling service, we offer access to our network of face-to-face counsellors. In-person counselling will take place near either the work or home location, depending on the employee’s preference.
Our counsellors will listen without judgement and respond with respect. They will help to clarify the concern, explore options and provide support. Our counselling service provides unbiased, impartial, independent advice and is a practical and positive way to help resolve concerns and improve effectiveness.
